Point of Contact and Alternates

Collaboration is easy! Identify the participants from your Organization providing support to the procurement. Name the Point of Contact (POC) and as many Alternates as necessary. And feel free to make changes to the team’s composition to expand access to the records, as needed.

Awards - Post-award Administration

ASSIST offers streamlined processes to create new awards, attribute award modifications, and post contract activities to final closeout. ASSIST provides clients greater transparency into every aspect of the award process.

Modifications

Stay engaged and informed across the entire Administration phase, from the Original Award through Closeout. Modifications are individually titled, well-organized, and quickly grouped to find exactly what you are looking for.

Invoices

Receive notification with each invoice submission. Review the submission and supporting documentation. Provide a recommendation on acceptance, partial acceptance, or rejection.

Collaboration

Reports, Deliverables, Consents to Purchase, Requests to Initiate Purchase, Resume Acceptances, Releases of Claims and more. Throughout contract administration there are lots of opportunities for collaboration between GSA, the Client and the Contractor. The Collaborations feature of ASSIST allows for submission, review, acceptance/rejection, notifications and action items, and automatic filing the Contract File. New features have been added to make these processes even smoother, including increased capacity, and improvements to the design and functionality within Collaboration Types and workflow.

Reports

ASSIST wouldn’t be complete without comprehensive data and report storage capacity. With improved reporting logic and functionality, you can now easily search and view reporting data applicable to your IA and Award. Enhancements have been implemented to increase report specificity and provide real time guidance for users.

Help

ASSIST boasts a redesigned Help Repository with improved search and segmentation capacity, as well as an entirely new inventory of help and training resources. An enhanced search capability was added to make finding information an effortless process. Easily locate workflow overview documents, step by step resources, tutorial videos, training webinar recordings, and training user guides with a click of a button.
